Coventry University’s National Institute of Teaching & Education (NITE) is a global provider of postgraduate degrees, training and professional development for teachers and school/college leaders. Our courses innovate in their flexibility and blend online and in-person delivery with school-based practice and a highly regarded tutorial programme.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join NITE as a Senior School Placements Officer leading on key processes to ensure that placement and employment schools meet our criteria to effectively support trainees through their initial teacher training. Our international teacher training programme is also growing at a considerable pace, and this role will include leading and implementing a new effective and efficient school selection process for international schools.
Our Successful Candidate
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised individual to join the team to support the development of our school placement monitoring processes. The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently at pace and with excellent diligence. They will have previous experience of either working in/with schools or in roles related to customer service, operations, or account management.
They will also have a passion for supporting schools and for building relationships with school partnerships throughout the UK and internationally.
